During my 24 hospital stay , the staff were wonderful . It was the best "getting put to sleep" experience I've ever had with no nasty side effects or sickness at all. The nurses were attentive whilst offering privacy and I would highly recommend the hospital.

cleaning of waiting areas on forst floor not good
waiting areas overcrowded especially in pandemic /endemic
queues at reception - just like an expensive NHS experience in terms of admin and surroundings
